Dear Mr. Long. I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Vietnam. All of the drivers were great and all of the vans that picked us up were always on time and neat and clean. The guides we had were all fantastic very friendly and had great knowledge of the local area and tourist spots. They all helped with any questions we had and guided us to anything we wanted to see outside of the normal tourist itinerary.

The accommodation was very good and all of the resorts we stayed in were very comfortable. The food we had in the resorts was excellent and we could not have asked for anything else. The rooms were all air-conditioned and very neat and clean. The boat we went on in Ha Long bay was excellent and would recommend you book this one for other people. The food was great on the boat and very comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent. The train to Sa Pa was good and would recommend this one to go on. Just wanted to say thanks for a great holiday and we will be recommending you to our friends when they go to Vietnam. I have already given your details to a couple of people that are thinking about going to Vietnam. Hopefully they will contact you soon to make arrangements..
