Day 1 : ARRIVE HANOI
Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam since the 11th century, dazzles visitors by its unique blend of oriental lifestyle, French colonial architectures, tree-lined boulevards, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas. Since Hanoi is still retaining a charming air from the colonial days, visitors are often impressed with the quietness and subtle beauty of the city. With over one thousand years of establishing and developing, there are many relics of the past, well-known landscapes in Hanoi awaiting you to explore. This fully guided day tour takes you to various selected highlights that this beautiful and charismatic city has to offer.
Arrive in Hanoi . Overnight at Silk Path hotel in Hanoi (Deluxe room). If not too tired, first night
Welcome Drinks in the bar at hotel or just fall into bed.
Day 2: HANOI COOKING TOUR & CITY TOUR ( Breakfast , Lunch )
Spend time in the morning to visit the Ho Chi Minh complex. You will visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his humble “house on stilts” surrounded with lush gardens. Take a short walk to the unique One-pillar pagoda, a wooden structure built in 1049 that sits on stilts over a small lake which reminds you of a rising lotus. .
After that , transfer to “Hidden School ” by a cooking class names “Hidden Hanoi cooking school” with cooking “Street food “ names “BUN CHA “. Later in the afternoon take a walk in the old quarters with the guide and enjoy great shopping in the boutiques around St Josephs Cathedral .
Dinner tonight will be at one of Hanoi’s famous restaurants by recommendation of tour guide .

Day 3 : HA LONG – HANOI ( Breakfast , Lunch,Dinner )
We will depart Hanoi for Halong Bay. Upon arrival in Halong Bay we will check-in at Bhaya Café in Halong City. We then transfer to our Luxury Bhaya Cruise, embark on Bhaya Classic for a Welcome Cocktail followed by a cruise briefing.
After settle down our room we will savor a delicious Vietnamese buffet lunch as Bhaya Classic heads to Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village.
We will visit the fishing village by tender (30 minutes each) then return to the vessel for free time at our leisure or join one of the following optional activities:
– Discover the fishing village by local rowing boat
– Kayak into the village or swim near the boat

We also have chance to take a trip by tender to an isolated pristine beach for swimming, snorkeling, etc.
At around 17.00 Bhaya Classic will cruises through the Bay to its overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. We then can enjoy the “Happy Hour” & Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the Sundeck.
At 19.30 our sumptuous Seafood Set-dinner will be served onboard. At 21.00 we can relax in our cabin or join the fishing program.

Day 4 : HALONG – HA NOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
Today we start our last day in Halong Bay again with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
At 07.00 the Bhaya Classic weighs anchor to cruise through the Bay passing beautiful islaands and islets like Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc.
We will explore one of the largest and also the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay: the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot). The cave has three part with thousand of stalactites and stalagmites with different colors and shapes that definitely will stir your imagination
At 09.30 we will return to Bhaya Classic. The international Buffet brunch will be served onboard. The vessel cruises leisurely back to harbor.
At 11.00 we will disembark at Bhaya Café, Halong City. Then our driver will transfer us back to Hanoi. Our trip concludes.
Tour guide and driver take back to Hanoi and on the way stop at Dong Trieu ceramic factory .

Transfer to Hanoi Airport for flight Han-Hui / VN1543/1220-1330 .
Upon arrival visit the Imperial Citadel and take a boat trip on the romantic Huong (Perfume) river to visit Hue’s best-known religious site, Thien Mu seven-story pagoda. When the boat return, you may have chance to admire the sunset on the river with indescribable beauty when the weak sunlight covers upon the Perfume River and its surroundings. Day 6 : HUE – HOI AN ( Breakfast , Lunch )
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Da Nang via Lang Co Beach Visit to Cham open air museum that is host to the world largest collection of Cham sculpture,Lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant and seeing Marble Mountains, a cluster of five marble mountains lying close to the sea representing five elements of the universe: Mental, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. Proceed to Hoi An ancient town, which was formerly one of the Southeast Asia’s leading trading ports in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.

On the morning at 9h00 : starting market tour in Hoi An and come to” Morning Glory Restaurant” for hand cooking and lunch here .
In the afternoon, enjoy your walking tour around the riverside town. Visit the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge (constructed in 1593), the Pottery Museum, the Phung Hung Old House, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, the Chinese-style temples and pagodas and the colorful local market with its own aroma and sounds. Day 8 : HOI AN – DA NANG – HO CHI MINH ( Breakfast, Lunch )
On the early morning will walk to Hoi An market near by hotel to see fish market ( around 0600AM) if you are not so sleepy . After that, back hotel for breakfast and last minutes for collecting all clothes , shoes , ..made before check out.
Have lunch Red bridge restaurant before transfer from Hoi an to Da Nang Airport for flight DAD- SGN / VN 1319/1730 -1840

Day 09: Cooking in Saigon & Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast / Lunch )
9h00Am : go to Cookery center Saigon for the most interesting hand cooking with : pork cooked with caramel , sour clam soup with dill , coconut steamriced…and lunch here
12h30 :Depart Ho Chi Minh City for the drive to Cu Chi district. As we leave the city behind, the scenery changes to views of rice paddies, rubber plantations, villagers drying noodles by the side of the road and other scenes typical to southern Vietnam. Before entering the tunnel network, we will see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, followed by an exploration of the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers. Journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10: Mekong Delta (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner )
We drive to My Tho, where we get on our private boat, which shall start off by driving us to Turtle Island, a beautiful island with many orchards. Here we can enjoy a variety of tropical fruits while listening to tranditional South Vietnamese folk songs performed by local artists.Then, we are going to be Bee Farm, where we can play with the pythons, try honey tea, and taste local confectionery.
Finally, we have going a short rowing boat ride our main boat, which in turn will take us Phoenix island where will have our lunch.
After lunch on the island then we go back to the harbor. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh.

Day 11: – HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTURE ( Breakfast )
Breakfast at hotel. Free day for shopping, packing and to pick up those last minute gifts and souvenirs. Early evening departure (6pm) for airport for late night flight back home
