Hope this email finds you and your family and work colleagues all well.

It’s been nearly two weeks since we left Vietnam to return to our normal lives back in Sydney!

After such a wonderful holiday, it’s been really tough getting back into the routine of work etc. Even at work, visions of Vietnam are still flooding back during quiet moments!

I’d just like to say on behalf of Sally and myself, thank you for a terrific tour of your country. It was absolutely sensational and everything went like clockwork. I don’t know how you kept things running so smoothly – you are a genius! The hotels were first class everywhere we went with the exception of only one but enough has already been said about that! In any event, the accommodation at the Plaza Hotel at Halong Bay quickly put that experience out of our minds! Thank you for booking us in there – it was a very kind gesture. The food was fantastic everywhere we went (I’ve got a lot of weight to lose as a result of over indulging!), the people were all so friendly and the Ba Ba Ba excellent (and cheap!) The bus trips were all very comfortable and went without a hitch and the internal flights with Vietnam Air were great. Whilst no where near as good as you, both Phu and Kxue (?) did a great job and certainly went out of their way to make sure our tour lived up to expectations.
