    I apologize for my late reply, we have been busy since arriving home.

    Thank you so much, we all had the most fabulous holiday. Everything was excellent & all went smoothly.

    The accommodation everywhere in Vietnam was exceptional, wonderful, helpful staff, amazing breakfasts & lovely rooms.

    The 4 of us who were there 5 years ago also thought our guides were better this time, they spoke much better English & their knowledge was amazing.

    We loved both the overnight cruises, Halong Bay & Mekong Delta.

    The other couple who had not been before could not stop praising the holiday, they said ( as we all would ) that they would recommend your company 100% to anyone, they said it was the first time they had been on holiday & no stress, everything was perfect.

    They wondered what other countries you organize holidays in?

    We really enjoyed the drive from Hue to Danang, fantastic way to see the countryside, also we loved the boat trip to Cambodia.

    My husband & I who have been to Cambodia before thought that the Steung Hotel where we stayed last time was in a better position than the Damrei Angkor.

    The meals that were included in our trip were all excellent.

  • Mr & Mrs. Engi, Switzerland, 8- 29 Mar 2015, 22 days “Amazing Vietnam” tour

    These three weeks past very very quickly. We saw and heard a lot about life in Viet Nam and we enjoyed all very much. We ate delicious food and we liked the Vietnamese bere. Our hotel Essence in Ha Noi was a highlight – zwice a very nice room, perfect service, very friedly and helpful staff, wonderful location – we loved it. Also the cruise in Halong Bay was a wonderful experience even if the weather wasn’t perfect. We spent wonderful days in Mekong Delta, Dalat, Nha Trang, Hoi An and Hue.

    My husband and I enjoyed very much to hear from you personally during our stay in your country. And we are proud to discover a Federer and Wawrinka fan in Viet Nam. Too bad that our tennis players don’t have much time to take a rest and enjoy life for example in Viet Nam. But who knows……

    Our stay was excellent organized – thank you very much. We can really recommend you and your company to our frieds and everybody, who plans on spending a holiday in Vietnam. And I think it wasn’t the last time that we spent our holidays in Indochina. We keep in touch with you.

    What more can I say, another successful tour of Vietnam. This tour was my fourth visit to Vietnam, each one under the wonderful guide of Charms Of Indochina.
    

     Everyone on this tour cannot speak highly enough of Long (Director COI Travel) and all the effort he goes to. Nothing is missed. The accommodation first class, buses extremely comfortable with great drivers. The boat on Halong Bay was just beautiful and great fun was had by all. The cooking classes were varied and great, on return to Australia we had a reunion and everyone cooked a dish they had learn it. It was a great night and everyone was missing Vietnam.I never hesitate to recommend Long to anyone, and those who I have cannot speak highly enough of Long and Charms of Indochina Travel.

    I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Vietnam. All of the drivers were great and all of the vans that picked us up were always on time and neat and clean. The guides we had were all fantastic very friendly and had great knowledge of the local area and tourist spots. They all helped with any questions we had and guided us to anything we wanted to see outside of the normal tourist itinerary.
    

    The accommodation was very good and all of the resorts we stayed in were very comfortable. The food we had in the resorts was excellent and we could not have asked for anything else. The rooms were all air-conditioned and very neat and clean.
    

    The boat we went on in Ha Long bay was excellent and would recommend you book this one for other people. The food was great on the boat and very comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent. The train to Sa Pa was good and would recommend this one to go on.
    
Just wanted to say thanks for a great holiday and we will be recommending you to our friends when they go to Vietnam. I have already given your details to a couple of people that are thinking about going to Vietnam. Hopefully they will contact you soon to make arrangements..
